Election Information
The Rustic Village Homeowner Association, Section 2 Elections are held every year in the month of May. The current Board of Directors invite all to be a part of the board and serve as a representative of your community. Currently there are four positions in which one may seek a seat for:
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
Election Information & Forms
Candidate Request Form
Election Ballot Form
Specific Proxy Form
General Proxy Form
The Elections will be held on the same day as the regular May board meeting, which is Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 7 PM. Homeowner participation at the Meetings is always encouraged. The May Meeting/Elections will be held at the Miccosukee Golf and Country Club, 6401 Kendale Lakes Drive at 7 PM SHARP.
Please note: For a valid general election of the community to take part, it is required, by Florida Statute 720 that a minimum of 10% of the community vote. In other words, it is required that at least 8 valid members of the community vote in the election. If less than eight people vote, then the election is considered to be invalid and the current Board of Directors remain in their current positions for a consecutive year.
