Annual Meetings
The Board of Directors conduct an annual meeting, along with the annual elections for board members. Electionbuddy is used for the voting. The meetings are held via Zoom and all homeowners are encouraged to attend. The meeting date and Zoom link is posted here at least 30 days before the meeting.
If you are interested in running for the Board, please your request via email to BOD@rusticestates.com with your name and home address by October 15, 2025 (bod@rusticestates.com) in order to be placed on the ballot.
The 2025 Annual Meeting took place on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM.
